Our Process

This is the initial step of our process, where you will meet with our experienced design specialists. This consultation is complimentary and part of our service where we can discuss key elements relating to your custom design solutions, including ideas for your space.

Following the initial consultation, a Project Manager will be assigned to your project. This vital individual will be your point of contact throughout the entire project and will go above and beyond to ensure your project is carried out and completed to your satisfaction.

We will visit your site to obtain key measurements, and confirm electrical and plumbing requirements and technical computer-rendered drawings with specifications will be created. This step will give you an opportunity to see how your project is beginning to come to life.

Understanding the importance of developing an all-encompassing plan, we’ll take the appropriate time and effort to make sure everything is taken into account. We’ll create a Project plan with a detailed timeframe. This plan will factor in the schedules of trades, the order of supplies, along with any contingencies to ensure that the project is delivered on time.

With a detailed plan in hand, we can then start the construction phase of the project. Your allocated Project Manager will oversee the entire project and work closely with our specialist team and tradespeople. A key point of difference with our service is our open communication. We’ll ensure we’ll keep you informed about exactly how your project is progressing and answer any questions you may have along the way.

Rest assured throughout the entire project we’ll ensure that we adhere to a strict set of guidelines so that every kitchen we produce meets our high standards. Upon conclusion of the project, before handover, a full inspection will be conducted, where you can inspect our quality work and ensure it meets your high expectations.
